Green Bay & Manitowoc

Green Bay Packers have a great place to play, and what makes the place unique is that the local taxpayers own the stadium.

We got set up at Bay Shore County Park, and went to tour Green Bay. Carol called cousin Helen to get her new step-son's, Rick's, phone number. When we met Rick and Linda in Tennessee, they brought the best cheese. He graciously offered to take us to the Dairy where they get it. The next morning we met Rick at his home and he took us to Pine River Dairy....they had over 250 types of cheese...awesome! We tried cheese curds..and chocolate cheese...the lady below is making butter. We then picked up Linda from work and went to lunch.

On the way to Pine River Dairy, we saw these Elk that are being raised and re-introduced

Had dinner at Bret Favre's Restaurant

Yes, Deb, Steve wore his Panther shirt

Sampled Titletown Brewery's home brew, very good

The two story gift shop had everything a Packer Fan could want...truck full of cheese heads

Statue of Lambeau in front of the stadium pointing to coach Lumbardi below

This is a road sign we don't see in North Carolina!
