We went to visit the Tabasco plant today on Avery Island near where we're staying.

Can't believe that they produce 700,000 bottles a day!

This is the Restaurant we ate at last night (Mulates) just down the road from Jake Delhomme's home.

We're leaving here in the morning to another Louisiana State Park.
